okay, so as we’re already on the case of blood flow, i think this is also very cool to take a look at the power of smell. This link discusses the topic – Can the smell of food get blood flowing to the penis?
Not listening to the authorities!
visiting the calm, relaxing blue-green oceans in Trinidad is always a pleasant thing. The local people chose to go there mostly for leisure and the oceans are ideal tourist attractions. We live in a country where everyone is constantly saying that the people in charge don’t do enough to protect the citizens of the country. A good few years ago when there were no lifeguard services, i would totally agree with that statement but definitely not now! My family and I chose to spend our day at the ever popular Maracas Bay today and I was astonished to see the lifeguards making constant patrols in the water and warning the people in the water of where wasn’t safe. These are all little things which will help our rainbow country to develop and achieve world class status!
However, this story, while commending the lifeguards at Maracas Bay, is meant to say that while these hard working individuals were trying to keep us safe there were a chosen few who decided that they were above the law!
even though the lifeguards constantly warned them to come out of the deep (of the waters, which were particularly rough today) they absolutely refused to listen! What ignorance!
But i guess, they like so many others are of the opinion that bad things will never happen to them. they’re the people who use statements like the following:
- “oh, i can swim, i can take care of myself! what you only harrassing me for?”
- “I’m a great driver, i won’t ever get into an accident, it’s okay if i break the speed limit!”
Well, when the bad things do happen to people who use statements like these, the first thing they’re prone to do is blame people in authority. Mind you, they blame the exact same people who a few minutes ago had told them to come out of the deep water, to slow down……..
the laws are there for a reason people, the people in authority in different places were put there for a reason, please try to listen to them. Get of your high horse, come back down to earth and realise that you aren’t always going to make the bast decisions for yourself, so it’s okay to listen to the advice of others!
